I am finished with Grace. Encaustic mixed media with hummingbird painting on 12x12 wood panel. I can't seem to be able to take a picture that captures the reflective bronze metallic background, the texture of the wax (shined), and the oil pastel branches. The colors here are darker than the original. "I do not understand the mystery of grace--only that it meets us where we are and does not leave us where it found us." Anne Lamott.
